Firefox is definitely a great browser so why not have it around as a backup or alternate browser in the workplace. You can deploy Mozilla Firefox and configure settings on an enterprise level by using their MSI and ADMX templates.
Packages for Windows x86 and x64 as well as macOS are available on the Firefox website as well as ADMX templates for configuring Mozilla Firefox through Group Policy.

As for me, I couldn’t live without Firefox Developer Edition which you can get from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developer/ . The debugger has helped me get through many of issues. Intro doc’s for the Firefox Debugger can be found at https://mozilladevelopers.github.io/playground/debugger/
