Oracle released a database management/development tool which I found to be helpful when working with databases. It can handled a developer’s and database administrator’s workload.
Users can create Database Connections for non-Oracle databases MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Sybase, Teradata and IBM DB2 for object and data browsing. Limited worksheet capabilities also available for these databases.

To use the tool, Java Development Kit version 8 or 11 needs to be installed and the java environment variables need to be present on your system.
